Position flexible clamp
Clamping and supporting with one element

The position flexible clamp is a small vice with two movable jaws. Workpieces are clamped nippers-like (floating), independently of their position, without deformation
and supported.
The position flexible clamp acts as cushioning of vibrations and compensates machining forces from all directions.

High clamping forces with small dimensions

The slide pivot clamp has in relation to its base a very high clamping force. The clamps are particularly suitable for clamping tasks on machines with high performance and reduced space availability on the fixture.
The workpieces can be inserted from above without any impediments.
The standard element is equipped with a metallic wiper to protect the piston rod,
which guarantees long life. As accessory inductive or pneumatic monitorings of the clamping lever are available.

Self-locking work supports
No yielding at the workpiece, even in case of pressure drop

The self-locking work support guarantees highest process safety.
The support plunger is maintained in its position by its self-locking function, even in case of pressure drop. The workpiece does not move.
Due to its double-acting function the self-locking support element is particularly indicated for automated processes. The retracted and extended positions of the support plunger can be monitored pneumatically.

Elegant monitoring of the piston position

The housing of a non-magnetizable bronze alloy allows monitoring of the piston position by exterior magnetic sensors. In contrast to aluminium housings the highly resistant bronce housings allow power-operated strokes up to 500 bar, as they are required e.g. for punching or cutting processes. The magnetic sensors are adjustably fitted at the housing, so that the piston position can be monitored continuously.

Avoid hard impacts – Control processes

The block cylinder with stroke end cushioning avoids too hard stops of the piston in the cylinder housing. In applications with high piston velocity, if an additional mass is fixed at the piston rod or if an external stop cannot be used to compensate the additional mass, the use of the stroke end cushioning is of advantage. The stroke end cushioning is adjustable and guarantees thereby an optimum adaptation to the process.
For process control high-pressure resistant sensors are available as accessory.

RM mini slide - the hydraulic slide in block cylinder sizes
The solution for applications with side loads and little installation space

The RM mini slide is a compact block cylinder with 4 integrated guide rods which are in the position to compensate side loads and moments.
At the front block working loads or tools can be fixed.
Hydraulic connection is alternatively effected by connecting threads or drilled channels. To monitor the piston position limit switches or inductive sensors are available as accessories, which can monitor all positions of the tool plate and the piston.

Power units with pressure adjusting system
Simple, quick and safe adjustment of the operating pressure

For aplications where the operating pressure is frequently adjusted power units with pressure adjusting system offer additional advantages.
The operating pressure is manually adjusted by a mechanical pressure reducing valve and a spindle mechanism. An electronical interpretation unit with digital display of the operating pressure controls the pump and monitors the system in case of failures.

The modulog module system consists of individual modules which realise a basic function for the handling of workpieces.
Modules for horizontal and vertical rotating, tilting as well as lifting of workpieces are available. This range is completed by cart and floor modules for displacement and installation of the units.
All modules are complete functional units that can be easily combined to built multi-functional units. So there are many possibilities to to use a system directly adapted to the corresponding demands.

Press-in device with press-in force control and graphic recording
Optimum quality assurance of pressed joints

Especially for longitudinal pressed joints there are nowadays high demands on quality. For quality assurance the press-in device with press-in force control is optimally indicated. The press-in process is judged and graphically printed according to configurable guidelines with regrad to force and stroke. In case of errors during the press-in cycle the press is stopped and the operator has to acknowledge the fault. For the safety of the operator a two-hand control is used.

Flexible rotary indexing clamping fixture
Thus you expand your standard machine tool for a precise, flexible and setting-time optimised machining from several sides

On a base plate an indexing device is mounted, the indexing plate can be positionned and clamped with a zero-point mounting system. On the indexing plate the hydraulic clamping fixture is mounted. The clamping fixture is equipped with radial clamping elements, their clamping inserts are also clamped hydraulically.
The indexing device contains the hydraulic supply. Hydraulic pressure is generated by a clamping power unit.
As trunnion bearing a hydraulically adjustable tailstock is used.
