In professional engine reconditioning and performance tuning, handling high forces, working precisely and maintaining ergonomic workflows are essential. This is exactly why Subi Performance uses the ROEMHELD engine stand – a mobile, electrically driven engine and transmission assembly stand with lifting and rotating axis.
The solution not only supports everyday engine assembly work, but also offers advantages for transmission builders and other heavy assembly applications.
The engine stands previously used were only able to absorb the occurring forces to a limited extent. The construction lacked sufficient stability, the mounting bracket cracked several times and ergonomic working conditions were limited.
A solution was therefore required with:
- increased stability
- backlash-free and anti-twist mounting
- electric rotation for convenient positioning
- height adjustment for ergonomic working
- mobile operation via battery system
- a clean and safe working environment
The electrically driven engine stand enables the safe fixing, rotating and positioning of engines and transmissions weighing up to 400 kg. Thanks to the backlash-free and anti-twist axes, bolted connections can be tightened precisely to the required torque values.
In daily workshop operations, employees particularly benefit from the ergonomic handling and electrically driven rotation system. The engine can be positioned quickly and comfortably in the optimum working position, significantly reducing physical strain.
The integrated oil tray also ensures a cleaner working environment and allows direct draining of operating fluids and hazardous substances.
The system also impresses in everyday use with its smooth and quiet operation, contributing to a more pleasant working environment.
For Subi Performance, quality was one of the key factors when selecting the solution. The engine stand is CE-certified and meets the highest safety and quality standards. Proven standard modules ensure maximum reliability in everyday use.
Thanks to the high-quality materials and manufacturing standards, the system is designed for high cycle rates and operates reliably for many years with virtually no maintenance required.
The battery system also offers maximum flexibility in day-to-day workshop use. The powerful 24 V battery enables numerous assembly cycles and can be replaced within seconds via a plug-in system.
Despite its mobility, the sturdy steel base frame ensures excellent stability. The coated castors with locking brakes provide high stability even under heavy loads while still allowing the unit to be moved easily.
