Quick and simple! You do not need any previous knowledge or special software. You only use your smartphone or tablet with access to camera and microphone. We do the rest for you!

Our service technicians connect to you via the ROEMHELD Service Portal. We see what you see and can guide and support you in a targeted way. If required we show you drawings, circuit diagrams or even video links. With our remote service you receive the usual professional support of our technicians also in these times.
